Each salon's AI is distinct.

The AI assistant currently supports English, Spanish (Español), French (Français), and Portuguese (Português). Clients are served in their preferred language and the AI responds consistently in that language throughout the conversation. Additional language support is on the roadmap.

When a client chats with your AI assistant, it checks your real-time availability, guides the client through service selection, collects their details, and completes the booking — all without you needing to be present. If the AI can't confidently identify a style, it will let you know and ask you to describe what you want instead. You can also choose a similar style from your salon's service list, or contact the salon directly with your photo — many salons are happy to discuss custom requests.

The AI will display which styles your salon offers that are closest to what you uploaded, along with pricing and availability. If your salon doesn't offer the exact style, you can either book the closest alternative or contact the salon directly to discuss custom requests. The salon's contact details are shown on the booking page.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book through the salon's LigaX booking page or by chatting with the salon's AI assistant (on their website or chat widget). You'll select your service, choose an available time slot, enter your name, email, and phone number, and optionally pay a deposit. You'll receive an instant email confirmation and an SMS reminder closer to the appointment.
