Every salon on Ligax gets its own booking page at a unique URL. Clients visit your page, browse your services and prices, pick an available time, and book, without you needing to be involved. Bookings flow straight into your dashboard calendar.
The URL is yours. Share it directly or add it to your Instagram bio. If you do not have a website, your Ligax page is your online presence.
An AI Assistant on Every Plan
Every Ligax salon, on every plan including the free tier, gets an AI assistant built into the booking page. Clients can chat with it at any time of day. It knows your services, your prices, your hours, and your policies. It handles questions, recommends styles, and completes bookings through natural conversation.
A client might type: "I want knotless braids next Saturday afternoon." The assistant checks your availability, confirms the service and price, collects their details, and locks in the appointment. The booking appears in your calendar immediately.
You can configure the assistant from your dashboard: give it a name, choose its personality, write custom instructions, and set a greeting. Each salon's assistant is distinct.
Photo-Based Booking
Clients often know exactly what they want but struggle to name it. On the Premium plan, clients can upload a reference photo when booking. Our computer vision model, Lig Vision, analyses the image, identifies the style, and matches it to your service catalogue with the correct price attached. The client sees exactly what they are booking and what it will cost before they confirm.
This removes the need for a back-and-forth consultation before the appointment. Your stylist receives a pre-appointment brief containing the requested style, the reference image, any add-ons, and notes from the booking conversation, before the client arrives.
Everything Else You Need
Alongside the booking page and AI assistant, Ligax includes:
Client management. Every client's booking history, preferences, and notes are stored automatically. You can tag VIP clients and see who has not returned recently.
Payments and deposits. Require a deposit at the time of booking to reduce no-shows. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
SMS and email reminders. Clients receive an email confirmation when they book and a reminder before their appointment. You set the timing.
Analytics. Your dashboard shows bookings by service, revenue over time, your busiest periods, and which services are growing.
Multi-stylist management. If you have a team, each stylist has their own schedule and assigned services. Clients can request a specific stylist or be assigned automatically.

The Premium plan, at $19 per month, adds Lig Vision photo recognition, online payment processing, custom branding, SMS reminders, and advanced analytics. Premium comes with a 14-day free trial.

Getting Started
Creating your salon page takes about ten to fifteen minutes. The onboarding wizard covers your salon details, service catalogue, business hours, and AI assistant configuration. When you finish, your booking page is live immediately.
